Cargomax Worldwide Logistics was founded in 1999 with a clear focus: supporting the export of machinery and spare parts to international markets.
As operations expanded, the Company began handling trucks, heavy equipment, and oversized cargo into Latin America, supporting international buyers with specialized logistics requirements.
Over time, Cargomax Worldwide Logistics established a strong reputation in breakbulk, heavy equipment, and project cargo—positioning the company as a reliable operator for non-standard and oversized shipments.
As client needs evolved, Cargomax Worldwide Logistics expanded its capabilities to include containerized freight, obtained its NVOCC license, and later incorporated air cargo under TSA compliance—building an integrated logistics platform.
In 2021, Cargomax Worldwide Logistics reached strategic agreements to expand its operational footprint into Guatemala, strengthening regional execution capabilities. This expansion continued in 2025 with the opening of operations in Panama, further consolidating its presence across key logistics corridors.
Today, Cargomax Worldwide Logistics delivers project cargo, breakbulk, RoRo, and multimodal solutions across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean, supported by customs brokerage, warehousing—including bonded facilities—and end-to-end coordination.
